Hi! Welcome to my website. This website may seem like an unabashed self-promotion, and I apologize if it carries that unintended tone. But I have it up because I figured I should have it for referential purpose. Plus I just want to exercise my html and web design skills on my free web domain.
My name is Jarupon Sathirapongsasuti, but I go by "Fah". I am from Bangkok, Thailand. As stated above, I am a rising second year Ph.D. student in Biostatistics (and Computational Biology) at Harvard. This summer, I am at UCLA as a visiting scientist, trying to learn more about 'next-gen' sequencing, particularly exome sequencing, in Nelson Lab. In a sentence, I identify myself with: applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, genomics, Buddhism, religious pluralism, the meaning of life, Phi Psi, Kyudo, musicals, Japan, and Thailand.
Enjoy my website!
